Our fees reflect scope, site count, industry regulation, and whether deliverables require board-ready documentation or operational playbooks only. We quote in writing before any paid work begins.

What affects your quote

Number of sites. Multi-site organisations require separate impact analyses and may need travel to regional WA locations. We bundle site visits where schedules allow.

Regulatory context. Healthcare, financial services, and government contractors often need additional alignment with sector standards. This adds documentation depth but not unnecessary bureaucracy.

Exercise complexity. A single-scenario tabletop costs less than a multi-stage exercise spanning cyber, physical security, and communications failures.

Existing materials. Clients with partial plans may pay less for gap analysis and remediation than for a full build from scratch.

Payment terms

Project fees are typically invoiced 40% on engagement acceptance, 40% at draft delivery, and 20% on final sign-off. Day-rate work is invoiced monthly in arrears. Workshop fees are due seven days before the scheduled session.

Deposits and cancellations

Workshop deposits of AUD 1,000 are required to hold facilitator time. Cancellations with less than five business days’ notice forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is free when we receive at least five business days’ notice and can accommodate the new date within 60 days.

No hidden subscriptions

We do not charge ongoing platform fees or software licences. Annual plan reviews are quoted separately when you need them.
