What happens
Yuki Tanaka designs a scenario rooted in your industry and incident history — not a generic cyber or fire script unless that matches your priority. Participants receive injects at timed intervals. Observers note decision delays, communication gaps, and role confusion.
Participants
Designed for eight to twelve people including executive sponsors, operations leads, communications, IT liaison, and HR where people issues arise. Observers from audit or risk are welcome.
Outputs
- Exercise observation report with priority findings
- Recommended plan amendments (implementation is your responsibility or can be added as a follow-on engagement)
- Attendance log suitable for compliance records
